Ever wonder why you do the opposite of what you know is best?

Sometimes knowing what's best isn't enough... Sometimes getting to know our DEFENSES ... or "PARTS" is the real key to making behavioral changes that last.

Join us this Saturday August 1st for this upcoming workshop on getting to know the parts/defenses that are getting in your way.

It's not self-sabotage. It's self-protection.

It was pointed out to me recently that TSwift’s FOLKLORE/EVERMORE sister albums can be seen as a symbol of balance.

Balance isn’t the absence of extremes.

It’s learning to hold both.

* Folklore reminds us to pause, reflect, and witness our stories without judgment. It asks us to look inward with curiosity.

* Evermore reminds us that nothing stays the same. Even our deepest pain shifts. Seasons end. Hearts heal. Winter gives way to spring.

Just like nature, balance isn’t static.

The forest loses its leaves.
The river rises and falls.
The flowers bloom and pass.

Balance is found in trusting these rhythms rather than resisting them.

Join us this Sunday as we breathe into balancing… and maybe listen to inspirational Taylor as we find our rhythm.

Do you tell yourself you are “not good” or “don’t like” meditation?

It’s a common feeling for most people, yet meditation and mindfulness continue to be a leading treatment resource for mental health and wellness.

We often don’t like what is uncomfortable for us and since so many of us were never really taught to be present with our minds, we have spent a lifetime trying to get away from them through busyness, distraction or disconnection.

Meditation is not a cure-all, but regular (consistent) practice can produce meaningful improvements in mental and physical well-being.

Research suggests benefits can begin with:

* 5–10 minutes a day
* Consistency matters more than duration.
* Even brief practices can improve mood and attention in the short term.

Consider taking an intentional step toward meditation by viewing this free intention setting meditation below focused on “Changing the Narrative…”

Maybe the first narrative we re-write is the one that says “meditation is not for me.”

Join us for 10ish minutes as we explore the weekly intention: Changing the Narrative.
