We hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July!! As a reminder, our office will be closed on Monday (7/6) in observance of the 4th of July and to allow our staff a well deserved day off to spend time with family and friends :). We cannot wait to see everyone back in the office on Tuesday (7/7).

Something BIG has arrived!!! What do you think it is?!?!? (Hint… it says on the side ;)). It will be sitting in the entry all week until we can unpack it next weekend. We are looking forward to this exciting new addition to our therapy space!

SLP Aly Stull + OT Savannah Tennant teamed up for a co-treat session at Glitter and Fade Kid’s Salon and Social Suite ✂️✨

Our session focused on supporting a sensory-friendly haircut experience for our client combining communication strategies with sensory regulation techniques to create a positive, successful outcome. From prepping with visuals and modeling language to incorporating calming supports and movement breaks, this collaboration allowed us to meet our client’s needs every step of the way.

Glitter and Fade Kid’s Salon is truly a delightful haven designed just for kids 🩵 With stylists of varying experience levels and an environment built to make every child feel comfortable, it’s the perfect space to turn what can be a challenging task into a fun and memorable experience!

So grateful for interdisciplinary teamwork and spaces that celebrate every child’s unique needs 💫
