As the seasons change, I always find it to be a good reminder to slow down, reset, and make time for the things that help us feel our best.

This summer brings a few exciting changes at Sage Wellness, including new services, expanded treatment options, and an easier way to schedule appointments online.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back on the schedule, don’t wait too long—summer appointments tend to fill quickly between vacations, sports, and family activities. Now booking into late June/July.
