This unique class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and leave feeling energized, balanced, and empowered.

📅 Tentative Class Details
• Saturdays at 9:30 AM
• First class tentatively scheduled for June 20th
• Maximum of 10 participants per session
• $15 per person

On the left — restricted movement, tension through the shoulders and upper body. Pain when reaching, putting on clothing.
