The Courtyard at McHenry was honored to have the health and wellness 101 team come to The Courtyard today for a health and wellness panel discussion. It’s so important to partner with local businesses in the area so we can all learn and grow from one another improving the health and well-being of our greater community was the goal today. This panel shared proactive tips for overall well-being with practical and actionable strategies designed to support mental, physical, and emotional wellness with a special focus on summer related topics.
