My practice includes clients of all ages, specializing in loss and grief, working with teens and young adults, those who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sex

ual identity issues, and those going through life transitions. As a Pastoral Counselor I also will incorporate the clients spiritual beliefs into the healing process if the client finds strength in them, but I am aware that some clients may have spiritual issues that are causing emotional pain.

-This other within is our true self. The inner child who saw themselves through the lens of love, acceptance, and worthiness before life got a hold of them and told them they are flawed.

-Sit quietly with your wounded child who at one time knew that original love and worthiness from the womb, and remind them of their beauty and their original blessing of being loved unconditionally. Remind them that they are loved and accepted always. Comfort that part of you that got wounded, neglected, and tell this part that they are worthy of being loved.
-Now sit with that part and just be. Be still and know..............
