Yes! I think we have all been there before and want it all to be “focused on”! Sometimes when we only have 1hr for the massage and there are several areas bothering you, the therapist may need you to pick one or two areas.
We offer a few different Focused Massage Therapy options to help narrow down what to work on during your session.
If you’d like a full body massage, 90 minutes is recommended but we can certainly accomplish a full body, general massage in 1hr!
