We are proud to be partner with you in providing exceptional care for our neighbors who are struggling with mental health and/or addiction. Thank you for the light, joy and hope you share across Northeast Ohio!

More: Stockings From Victor was founded nearly 10 years ago to gather donations of essential items and distribute to individuals in residential treatment homes. Their team are all volunteers, giving of their time in quarterly deliveries across Northeast Ohio. Amazing, compassionate Ohioans!

Crossroads Health's Integrated Health Center offers primary care and medical services for all ages, regardless of your ability to pay. We also offer a full-service pharmacy — including free medication delivery.

It is our goal to help patients stabilize and reduce mental health symptoms to support living life to the fullest. With psychiatry services, patients can choose which provider they would like to see. All psychiatry providers' profiles can be found at:
