Namaste! I am taking enrollments for the summer challenge through tomorrow... don't just click that interested button, this is about commitment and saying yes! This is simple, and an easy to achieve challenge just by showing up for yourself once a week to yoga practice, doing a little at home, and attending a few extras that will leave you glowing and feeling great this summer!

Challenge runs June 12 - Aug 14, 60 days to see how an hour or two a week can be life changing to your mood, mind, body and self love connection.

Remember if you already take one class a week at the studio there is an option to enroll at a discount for that!

Summer Solstice Mini Yoga Retreat for Women is next Friday, June 12th! We have room for a couple more ladies interested in connecting to the essence of the change of season from spring to summer known as Midsummer, Summer Solstice or Litha! This is a time to celebrate light, warmth, growth, health and new abundance!

Create a few healing aids for your home using aromatherapy, herbs, and sample clean pure foods of summer. Enjoy a sample practice of Surya Namaskara or Salute to the Sun, which is a yoga sequence aligned to awaken every part of your inner and outer body!

Taking registration through next Wednesday. This is also an option to take as the package of our 60-Day Women's Yoga Challenge at Wild Nurturer .
