💥TRAPEZIUS💥

One of the larger muscles in the upper body, the trapezius is made up of three groups of fibers (aka traps) - the upper, middle, and lower fibers.

Typically where people hold tension, the trapezius group is one of the only muscles in the body connected to both movement and emotion which is why people always believe it is where they 'hold their stress'
