This morning, I found myself thinking about how often we wake up and mentally live the entire day before it even begins.

The conversations.
The responsibilities.
The “what ifs.”

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to begin my mornings differently.

So I created a new guided meditation called Morning Nervous System Regulation | Start Your Day with Hope.

It’s a gentle reminder that today has never been lived before. There are moments waiting for you that haven’t happened yet, and perhaps the greatest gift we can give ourselves is allowing the day to unfold one moment at a time.

One question I’ve been asking myself each morning is:

“Universe, show me how great my life can be today.”

I recorded a new meditation this morning called
'You Are Not Running Out of Time.'

While writing it, I found myself thinking about how often we put our lives on hold.

We wait until we feel ready.
We wait until we have certainty.
We wait until circumstances improve.
We wait for the right opportunity, the right relationship, the right amount of money, or the right version of ourselves.

Before we know it, we've spent years waiting for life to begin.

This meditation is a gentle reminder that the moment you're in right now is not a waiting room for the moment you're supposed to be in.
