We had a great time connecting with the community at the Hospice of the Valley Health & Wellness Fair!

Events like these are a great reminder of how important it is to come together and prioritize both physical and mental well-being. We’re grateful for the opportunity to meet so many incredible individuals and organizations doing meaningful work in our community.

A big congratulations to our raffle winner, who took home our home projector prize—we hope it brings plenty of great movie nights ahead! 🎬

Thank you to Hospice of the Valley for having us—we’re always proud to be part of events that promote health, connection, and support.

Trauma isn't just a memory. It's a physical response. Bottom-up therapies, such as somatic-based therapy and EMDR, focus on the unconscious body systems. By neutralizing physical responses like increased heart rate or muscle tension, we treat trauma where it lives in your body.
