Dr. Deborah Fudge I have been in practice for 40 years in Methuen, MA and l love what I do! I optimize health from the inside out, naturally and drug-free.

Like many Doctors of Chirorpractic, I became interested in chiropractic because it made a significant impact on the health of a family member. In this case, it was my mom. When I was in high school, my mom was in a serious car accident. She developed low back pain and eventually sciatica ( pain down her leg). She went the traditional medical route and was basically just given pain meds and told to

rest. After 4 long years of pain and suffering she finally went to a chiropractor as a last resort. Her results were so dramatic I was inspired to become a chiropractor. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1986 and have been in private practice in Methuen, Ma for 30 years. I am an active member of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society and currently the president of the Merrimack Valey Chiropractic Society. I am provider for almost all insurance companies. I recently became a provider for Minuteman Health. accept auto insurance as well as worker’s compensation. I have excellent cash plans making your care affordable even without insurance.

What a workout that was watching 2 iconic sports events yesterday 🤪! I tuned in towards the end of the British Open ⛳️to see Kiwi Ryan Fox win and also tie the course record at Royal Birkdale. I love his philosophy of “ See a shot, hit a shot.” Great advice on and off the course.

And then the World Cup⚽️! I didn’t miss a minute of this game. I was rooting for Argentina because I love Messi. But Spain was the better team and deserved that win. How do these guys play with such pace for that long? Impressive conditioned athletes.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a presentation at Top Notch Scholars located at 60 Island St. Suite 200 in Lawrence. What an impressive group of kids and leaders ! The mission at Top Notch is to help kids identify their life passion and career goals and then map out the steps to lead them to success. WOW!
They have created their own bottled water business and all profits go to scholarships for their scholars.

4 years ago I became one of the original members of the Women’s Business League Methuen Chapter. My good friend Martinez had the idea to create this Methuen chapter and she picked the best co-leader, Duemling to help her.
Together these 2 power house ladies have strived to build a cohesive group of women in business covering 20 different professions. I have met so many interesting ladies who have helped us when opening the new practice to resources to help my patients. Forever grateful to have been invited to join. 🙏🏻🩷
