Being named one of Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work means a lot to us, because in healthcare, the environment behind the scenes impacts everything.

The support clinicians receive.
The flexibility they’re given.
The way teams communicate.
The feeling of being valued while doing demanding work.

At Comfort Home Care, we’ve spent the last 18 years building a workplace where people can do meaningful work without feeling like they have to sacrifice themselves to do it.

Today, over 200 caregivers across Massachusetts help patients with psychiatric and medical needs remain independent, supported, and connected to their lives at home, and we’re continuing to grow.

If you’re looking for a role where the work has purpose and the culture is strong, we’d love to connect.

✨ Coming together to support each other, and our community!

We loved getting our team together for our bi-annual “All-Hands Meeting”. Being together to collaborate, celebrate accomplishments, and focus on the future is always one of the highlights of the year. We’re proud of the passion and dedication our staff continues to bring to the patients and communities we serve every day.

During the meeting, our team also had the opportunity to give back by donating supplies to Valley of Hope Shelter and Recovery — a meaningful reminder that caring for our community extends beyond the walls of healthcare.

We’re also excited to recognize two well-deserved promotions within our clinical leadership team! Congratulations to our newly promoted Regional Clinical Managers, Tanya & Kim, as they step into their new leadership roles. Their commitment to patient care, teamwork, and mentorship has made a lasting impact across our organization.

The future is bright 💙

Help us give a warm welcome to Steven Berry!

We’re excited to have Steven Berry, MBA, join our team as Chief of Operations. 👏

Steven brings a strong track record of driving growth and operational excellence across complex healthcare organizations, with leadership experience spanning behavioral health, pharmacy services, and home-based care.

Most recently, he served as CEO of a multi-state home care provider.

His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale our operations, expand our services, and strengthen the care we provide to patients across the communities we serve.

We’re excited for this next chapter!

May is National Nurses Month!

And we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible nurses who make our work possible 💙

At Comfort Home Care, our nurses do more than provide care; they build trust, create stability, and support patients through some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

Whether it’s helping a patient stay on track with medications, preventing a hospital readmission, or simply being a consistent presence at home, their impact is felt every single day.

To our team: thank you for your dedication, compassion, and the difference you make in our patients’ lives.

One thing we see often in behavioral healthcare transitions...

Patients leave the hospital with medication changes, but with rising caseloads, follow-up care in the community takes time.

Those first few weeks after discharge can be critical for stability.

At Comfort Home Care, our psychiatric nurses support patients in the home with medication management and monitoring, helping bridge the gap between hospital discharge and long-term outpatient care.

It’s one small piece of a much bigger system, but it can make a meaningful difference for patients trying to stay stable.

CHC On the Road 🚗

Comfort Home Care is excited to be attending the Boston Medical Center's Together for Hope 2026 conference this year on April 29th at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

This conference brings together addiction specialists, clinicians, advocates, and community organizations from across Massachusetts to collaborate, share knowledge, and inspire hope in the fight against addiction.

Events like this are an important opportunity for us to connect with partners across the behavioral health and recovery community, learn from leaders in the field, and continue strengthening the care and support available to patients after they return home.

If you’re attending, we’d love to connect.

Stop by our table to meet the team and learn more about how Comfort Home Care supports patients with psychiatric nursing and medication management services in the home.

We look forward to seeing so many colleagues and partners there!
