A new school year can bring excitement and anxiety. New teachers, new routines, new classmates, and new expectations can feel like a lot!

Here are a few ways to help your child manage those back-to-school jitters:

Practice slow, deep breathing
Talk about worries instead of avoiding them
Prepare backpacks, outfits, and lunches the night before
Practice positive coping statements like, “I can do hard things.”
Remind them that they don’t have to be perfect
Focus on taking things one step at a time
Let them know it’s okay to ask for help

And remember: The goal isn’t to make anxiety disappear. It’s to teach kids that they can feel nervous AND still move forward.

Middle school years can be tough. Friend drama, peer pressure, self-doubt, social media, and figuring out where you fit in can leave girls feeling overwhelmed and unsure of themselves. That’s why we’re excited to offer Empower Our Girls, a 4-week group experience designed to help girls!

✨ Girls Group Therapy Weekly Themes ✨

Week 1: It Starts With You
Self-esteem crafts, confidence building, and learning how to practice self-love

Week 2: Picking Your People
How to build healthy, meaningful friendships and create your support circle

Week 3: Breaking the Gossip Cycle
Learning healthy communication and how to handle conflict constructively

Week 4: Celebrate & Reflect
Friendship mood boards, bracelets, completion certificates, and reflecting on growth & connection 💕

$175 for all 4 sessions (save $25) or $50 per session
Spots are limited to keep the group personal and engaging.
