Never a dull practice with Veronica Rene Torres ✨

Yesterday morning's Sunrise Power Yoga + Strength Hatha was full — full mats, full effort, full curiosity. Veronica welcomed students during and after class to feed their curiosity, explore their capabilities, and stretch their limits.

She meets everyone where they are — never any judgment. Do what feels comfortable to explore, or simply enjoy a simple flow. All levels are welcome, always.

That's what Curious Yogi is about. Come see what you're capable of.

🐾 Puppy Yoga Update: Postponed 🐾

We're getting lots of messages about Puppy Yoga this Saturday — it was supposed to happen in 2 days, but we've had to postpone it for a future date.

Why? No tickets sold.

We love bringing these events to our community, and we're here to serve you — but when no tickets sell, we have to cancel ahead of time to release our facilitators from the calendar.

If you see an event you want to go to, please don't leave it to the last minute. Waiting risks the event being cancelled.

Want us to let you know when we reschedule?
Comment PUPPY below and we'll notify you of the new date. 💛

Thank you for understanding — and for supporting Curious Yogi.

New moon got you second-guessing every intention you set? Read this twice. Your only job is a clear intention and an elevated emotion. The "how" was never yours. Save this for whenever the doubt comes back.

A little update from Curious Yogi 🤍

When we opened almost a year ago, we intentionally kept our pricing accessible while we built our schedule, grew our team, and created the community we have today.

As a small, independently owned studio, we’ve now reached the point where a few changes are necessary to keep Curious Yogi healthy, sustainable, and able to continue offering the experience our community has come to love.

Beginning November 1st, some of our pricing will increase.
Before then, you can still lock in our current 6-Month Unlimited rate of $130/month before it increases to $150.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of our first year — whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just recently found us.
Lock in current pricing by October 31st.
