Nonsurgical Face & Neck Lift

This patient traveled to us with concerns of some laxity in his face and neck that had developed. We used dermal fillers to create a stronger facial architecture to provide better support and give a lift to his face and neck. We also used injectable biostimulators to regenerate collagen and elastin within his face and neck to restore integrity to the skin and give a rejuvenated appearance. Facial balancing with Jawline and Chin Filler Case- 2 year update

This patient traveled to us from Cape Coral. He was always fit, but felt he had a round, asymmetric face didn’t match his look. He came to us after an unsatisfactory medspa experience and long research; he didn’t want an implant after reading about potential complications and revision surgery cases, so we planned structural filler on his lower face for projection and definition.

Treatment: 6 syringes to the chin and 1.5 per side of the jaw (mostly on bone) with small correction over prior work. Photos are 1 month post procedure and almost 2 years post procedure. His result held well, with no migration or issues. He returned once for a 3-syringe touch-up to maintain the definition.

Outcome: asymmetry corrected, stronger chin and jawline, natural-looking balance. He’s getting compliments and reports a big confidence boost.

We performed facial balancing with jawline and chin enhancement to give our client a more sculpted and defined appearance. Using Juvederm hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to sculpt the back of her mandible where she had volume loss and some skin laxity, we were able to achieve better balance and a more lifted and tight appearance of her lower face in a subtle and elegant way.
