It’s been YEARS since I’ve done an introduction post and with all the new friends around here after our recent post (I love that you all love our family goal as much as we do and thank you for all the church recommendations!) it felt like the perfect time.
So welcome! I’m Melissa 👋🏼 My husband, AJ, and I have been married for 8 years. We met at a young adult group in Miami and have been together ever since. After a season of infertility early in our marriage, through the support of NaPro Technology (and Jesus, obvs), we have been blessed with three children, ages 5, 3, and almost 1. We’re wrapping up our first official year of homeschooling and will be starting kindergarten in the fall.
I have a virtual private practice and work from home as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Creighton FertilityCare Practitioner. I work with women and couples around the world, helping them build healthy, holy families. Juggling clients and motherhood is always an adventure, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything. Life is full, fulfilling, and such a gift.
When you follow along here, you’ll get a little bit of all of the above, plus brands and products we adore, and plenty of glimpses into what it looks like to live our faith in the ordinary moments of daily marriage & family life.

🤿I’m a professional scuba diver and have been diving since I was 5
⛰️I spent 9 days trekking through the Himalayan Mountains, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity I had to travel solo before marriage
