Can the patient actually receive this plan?

Not: Is the plan clinically correct? (It usually is.)
Not: Is it evidence-based? (It often is.)

But: Given where this person is neuroemotionally right now — their beliefs about their condition, their trust in the care team, their capacity to act under stress — can they actually live this plan?

Receivability is a clinical variable.

When health systems optimize for speed and throughput, they inadvertently reduce receivability. The plan reaches the patient but does not pe*****te the interface layer.
