This week, we’re excited to introduce Tracy Capote-Sanchez, Clinical Director of Supervision at First Steps Interventions, Inc. 💙
A Disney lover, renowned bookworm, and talented baker (Taylor Swift, who?), Tracy leads by example. When Team FSI finds themselves in a pickle, there’s one question we can always count on hearing: “What would Tracy do?” (WWTD!)
Tracy has played a role in countless clients’ programming and has made a lasting impact on staff development. Her dedication, expertise, and willingness to teach have made a meaningful difference in the lives of both our clients and our team.
We’re incredibly grateful to have Tracy as part of Team FSI! 💙✨

At First Steps Interventions, our Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) program is designed to feel like a preschool day—creating meaningful opportunities for children to learn, practice, and grow in a fun and supportive environment. 💛
Our days include engaging group activities such as:

Through individualized support and fun, purposeful activities, we work on the skills that help children build confidence, independence, communication, social skills, and school readiness.

When our early intervention kiddos requested a DANCE PARTY during music time, we said, “Absolutely!” 💃🕺🎶
What looks like just fun and dancing was actually a perfect opportunity to work on gross motor imitation, following safety instructions, body awareness, and so much more—all while letting the children take the lead!

Child-led learning is FUN, meaningful, and full of opportunities to grow! 💛✨
