Being a mom is basically a full-contact endurance sport. Between the mental gymnastics of a busy schedule and the Olympic-level patience required to answer "Where are my socks?" for the tenth time today, you deserve a trophy—or at least a very long, uninterrupted nap. 🥇

Spring has arrived, and so has one of our favorite seasonal superfoods: Asparagus!

Did you know that asparagus is a natural anti-inflammatory? Plus, it’s loaded with Vitamin K, which is essential for strong, healthy bones.

Give this simple, 15-minute recipe a try tonight!

Ingredients:
-1 bunch of fresh asparagus (woody ends trimmed)
-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 fresh lemon (half sliced into rounds, half for juicing)
-Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
-Optional: A sprinkle of parmesan cheese or toasted pine nuts

Instructions:
1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Season: Lay the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Roast: Top with the lemon slices and roast for 12–15 minutes until tender but still has a slight "snap."
4. Finish: Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over the top before serving.

Pair this with a lean protein like grilled salmon or chicken for a perfect, healthy dinner!
