Gen Z and Millenials- I see the change and am loving it!
Awareness is changing the conversation around women’s health.
Women are learning what pelvic floor therapy is and seeking support earlier, not just when something feels wrong.
It’s not about generations doing it “better”, we just have more resources and info now, so we approach self care differently.
Earlier support can make all the difference.
