Today we celebrated a very special PT graduation! 🎓 Through hard work, dedication, balance training, and lower extremity strengthening, she has gained the confidence to safely walk around in the community again. We are so proud of all she has accomplished!

From walker to cane to walking 1200+ feet independently 👏

After back surgery, this patient came to us struggling to walk and feeling discouraged after not finding success elsewhere. Together, we focused on core strengthening, gradual progressions, and rebuilding confidence every step of the way.

There were tough days filled with sweat, tears, and pain, but she never gave up. Watching her reach this milestone has been incredible, and we are so proud of all of her hard work! 💙💪

Our 6th annual Jockey Health Day is in the books! We provided physical examinations and concussion baseline testing for jockeys at Delaware Park whose season kicks off 5/13! 🏇 Thank you to Christiana Care for helping with physical exams! Premier provides a Certified Athletic Trainer on all race days to care for the riders!
