Synergy Integrative Medical Clinic was founded by Anjana Rastogi, M.D. FACP, CCD who moved to Midland in 2000. A native of India, Dr. Rastogi graduated from M.L.B. She was a research fellow at the New England Medical Center in Boston and did her internship and residency in the Department of Medicine at VA Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Rastogi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, fellow in American College of Physicians, Board Certified in Clinical Densitometry, member of American Academy of Anti Aging medicine pursuing further fellowship in Anti Aging, Regenerative and Functional medicine, graduating in December 2011. Phil Claybrooke, Family Nurse Practitioner has joined the practice of Dr. Anjana Rastogi, MD, FACP, who specializes in preventative and integrative medicine. Phil and his wife Vanessa have four daughters – Willow, Aspen, Olive and Lynden Grace. Phil attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; recognized through license by the Texas State Board of Nursing. He draws experience from his many years in medical-surgical, intensive care, emergency and rehabilitation care and treatment; holding current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications. He specializes in interpreting, diagnosing, managing and treating people of all ages. Currently, taking patients ages 16 years and older.
