So pleased! This client started her Ayurveda care under me sometime mid-April. Prior to that she was bleeding so heavily and for so long, that she had required blood transfusion twice in the past 6 months.

In less than 6 weeks, her periods are already stabilizing. Who says Ayurveda is slow to act?!! With the right protocol, Ayurveda is not just holistic but also precision medicine 🩷❀️

Delighted to support this important Integrative Health speaker series - thanks for the opportunity Beverly Mazza. I was happy to speak very briefly about My Ayurved as well as the Wholistic Health Alliance in the 2-3 mts alloocated to me as their Premier Sponsor. And thank you Bev for having me as a speaker in the April series which was on Thyroid Health 🩷❀️

The topic of detox in today's session was such a relevant one - with toxins and toxicity on the rise all around us, in all realms of our existence and being. The panelists were a delight to hear. I also love that this group is all about empowering women and their lives. Kudos to all involved πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ«Ά

I started my Yoga journey very late - in my late 50s. This year I committed to paid (extremely affordable) online sessions with the Habuild Yoga Everyday platform. I wish Yoga was introduced to me as a child. It is an essential life habit for a good life and MUST/should be introduced early in life for prolonged physical and mental health benefits. Appreciate people like my friend Anjana Chennagiri who offers yoga sessions for children. And of course the Habuild platform which is bringing physical activity combined with yoga to many globally. Great job Saurabh Bothra πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ™Œ In this month of International Yoga Day, I hope this post motivates at least a few to consider integrating yoga in your life in whatever way or quantum that works for you - do give it a try πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ™

PS: They are offering a FREE 21 day session in June. You can join from anywhere in the world at a time that suits you. You can check and join here: Click below to join for FREE!πŸ‘‡

The Devil Wears Prada - clearly I don't!! Went to the theaters to watch a movie after a long time. Part-1 was much better - as most Part 1s are. But certainly worth a watch ☺️

Made about 30+ rotis for a gathering last night! Added malai (fresh cream) - which i usually have plenty of from the farm fresh milk I bring home, and slow cook. So the rotis turned out really really soft. Well loved and devoured 😊πŸ₯° Do you make ur own? Share in comments.

Did you hear about this? Thoughts?
Fortunately Ayurveda has always looked at this syndrome with a different and more holistic framework which has included the metabolic involvement and impact.
