Come join us for a day full of healing in the mountains 💚

I’m so honored to be collaborating with Kat Zemaya and MBS Massage & Wellness for this Transformative Mountain Retreat on Saturday, September 26.

We’ll head up to the mountains to ground, reset, and remember what it feels like to breathe again.

Breathe. Reset. Recharge.

We’ve woven a full day together for you:
Restorative yoga
Intentional breathing + guided meditation
Journaling & intention setting
Breathwork to help release stored emotions & trauma
Meditative sound bath with me (ShantiSounds)
Lunch + integration time
Closing with a Full Moon Release Ceremony 🌕

I’m really grateful to be invited into this circle and would love to have a few familiar faces there with me — if this is tugging at your heart, I’d love to see you there.

Excited to be part of the Energy Healing Conference in Ogden on Saturday, September 12th. I’ll be offering mini sound bath and Reiki alignment sessions at my booth throughout the day, a little landing pad where you can lie down on the table, receive a short tune-up, and let your system reset. Come find me, say hi, and grab a mini session, and then join us at 5:00 pm in Cypress B for the full Sound Bath with Shanti Sounds. We’ll also be sharing details about our next upcoming sound baths in the canyon and around the valley.

Deep gratitude to Silver Fork Lodge to everyone who came out for last Wednesday’s Midweek Mountain Rest, and to Sofie Zane for her harp and vocals. The evening honestly felt like it was co-created by the canyon itself: a squirrel chattering at us, a raven flying overhead, hummingbirds zipping through the air, and a canopy of aspens holding it all. Thank you for resting with us up there, and don’t miss our next Wednesday night sound bath at Silver Fork on September 9th, same time and place.

Today’s Midday Sunday Sound Bath for Spiritual Wellness at the U of U Hospital chapel filled up again. Every time I’m here, I see more staff and patients choosing 30 minutes to just lie down, breathe, and let their nervous systems reset. It’s quiet work and it’s becoming some of the most rewarding time in my month. Grateful for the chaplain team and everyone here who keeps saying yes to rest in the middle of hospital life.

Today’s Midday Reset at the University of Utah Hospital felt extra tender. Five or six people slipped in from all over the building – triage, staff, chaplains – and for 15 minutes on their break we dimmed the lights, closed our eyes, and let everything else keep happening outside the chapel while we froze time in this little room. Some had never had a sound bath before, just seen things online and got curious, and the hospital gave them this chance to lay down, breathe in for five, breathe out, and come home to their own center. In a building that holds so much intensity, it feels like a sacred assignment to be the hollow bone for a minute and let Spirit move through bowls, bells, and silence so these humans can witness themselves again. This work matters.

Midday reset from inside the hospital. Every other Sunday I bring my bowls, gong, and little traveling altar into the University of Utah Hospital chapel for staff and anyone on site who needs a pause. No agenda, no performance – just time to lay down, listen, and let your nervous system remember what “grounded” feels like. Grateful to be slowly, quietly weaving sound and land-informed care into this building.
