Meet Sue Johnson, a member of our ER Admissions team who believes every patient deserves her full attention.
Sue helps patients navigate the check-in and check-out process, making sure their information and necessary forms are in order while taking the time to make each person feel welcomed. For children arriving at the ER, she has an extra special touch - she keeps a bag of toys on hand so they can pick one out and hopefully feel a little more at ease. She loves interacting with patients and hopes to continue working at SRMC for many years to come.

Outside of work, Sue is a proud mom of two sons and a wife of 42 years. She loves spending time with her 93-year-old mother and enjoys life with her nine Shih Tzus, who she says are like her kids. 🐾
Sue’s dedication to making patients feel comfortable and her willingness to go the extra mile recently earned her recognition as the Values in Action award recipient for “We Own It.” Her positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to caring for others make her a wonderful part of our team.
