On Friday, May 29, Outreach Community Health Centers' Garden Committee and dedicated volunteers spent a beautiful day in the sunshine planting and caring for our Community Garden!

This year’s garden is filled with tomatoes, spinach, collard greens, Swiss chard, peas, kale, beans, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, beets, dill, cilantro, and lavender.

Every harvest will be shared with the community members we serve, helping increase access to fresh, healthy produce while strengthening community connections. We’re grateful for the support of the Froedtert Hospital Community Investment Fund and everyone who helped make this year’s garden planting a success! 🌱☀️💚

Pride is all about showing up as your full, authentic self, and that includes caring for your health.
In collaboration with our partners, we’ll be offering free on site screenings at Milwaukee’s 2026 PrideFest. Come by the air-conditioned screening bus anytime during Friday, 6/5 from 2-6 pm and Saturday, 6/6 from 11 am-6 pm for blood pressure and blood glucose screenings. Then, stop by our Sparkle Station to add some sparkles to your day!
