Areas you’re probably forgetting to bring up at your next appointment 💉👇

Here’s the thing, most of us walk into our appointment with a mental list of the usual suspects. Lips, forehead, 11s, cheeks. But some of the most transformative results come from the areas nobody’s talking about!

Little bunny lines when you scrunch your nose. A gummy smile that makes you close lip in every photo. Chin texture that shows up in certain lighting. Downturned mouth corners that make you look tired even when you’re not. A jawline that’s craving a little more definition.

These treatment concerns seem small, but addressing them is often what takes a result from “good” to “wait, what did you do, you look amazing.” 😉

Saying no is part of the job, and honestly, it’s one of the most important parts.

Here are three I turned away this week and why:
✨ Lip filler → She was already showing signs of migration. Adding more product on top of migrated filler doesn’t fix the issue. It makes it harder to correct down the road. The right answer was to pause and talk through next steps, not inject.

✨ Botox touch-up → It had only been one week since her initial treatment. Tox takes up to 14 days to fully kick in, so touching up at day 7 isn’t a touch-up, it’s overdoing it.

✨ Under-eye filler → She had significant tissue laxity in the area. Filler in laxity-driven under eyes doesn’t smooth. It makes the area look puffier, heavier, and more tired. She needed a different conversation about treatment options entirely.

The most expensive treatment is the one you didn’t need. Saying no protects your face, your wallet, and the trust we’ve built. 👏💉

Facial balancing, decoded 👇

When this client came in, the goal wasn’t to add filler, it was to bring her whole face into balance.

Two areas, one strategy:
Cheeks → adding height to restore that natural lift and structure
Chin → adding projection and length to extend the lower face

Why both? Because they work together. Lifting the cheeks without addressing the chin can leave the lower face looking heavier. Projecting the chin without supporting the midface can throw the proportions off. The magic is in treating them as one connected plan, not two separate areas.
