Today we visited The Netherlands for our monthly Staycation! Such a pretty country!! We served up Vlaflip (Dutch Vanilla Custard layered with a Strawberry Raspberry Fruit Sauce and Greek Yogurt) for dessert and for appetizers we served up Dutch Cheese Balls consisting of Gouda Cheese, chopped Spinach, fresh Garlic, Lemon Zest, Salt and Pepper wrapped in Puff Pastry! It was all so so good!

How cute are these Book Flower Vases we made in Craft Club yesterday with our residents! We didn’t even have to buy any supplies! We just pulled some hard covered books from our Library and the residents painted the outsides of the books in a color of their choice! Then rolled up a few of the pages and stuffed flowers in them! Our favorite crafts are ones that don’t cost a cent!!
