🐾Vet Tech Week🐾 ❤ LVT Brianne Hubbard ❤
From growing up on her family’s farm south of Mitchell to building a career caring for animals, Brianne has always had a special connection with the veterinary world. Her involvement in 4-H and FFA sparked a passion that led her to graduate from Eastern Wyoming College in 2016 with an Associate of Animal Science.
Brianne began her career at Bear Creek alongside Dr. Pieper, and their journey continued together at Mitchell Valley Animal Hospital. Over the years, Brianne has become an important part of our team and a familiar, trusted face to so many of our clients and patients.
She is loyal, dependable, hardworking, honest, and compassionate, and she puts genuine care into everything she does.
Away from the clinic, Brianne enjoys life with her husband, Kaden, and their children, Bayler and Bridger. As a family, they love spending time together at livestock shows and showing their sheep.
Brianne, thank you for the countless ways you care, the dedication you bring each day, and the heart you put into everything you do. We are so thankful to have you as part of the MVAH family!

This🐾 Veterinary Technician Week🐾, we are proud to recognize Amber and the dedication she has brought to Mitchell Valley Animal Hospital since we opened our doors in 2014.
Born and raised on her family’s farm outside of Scottsbluff, Amber earned her associate’s degree in veterinary technology from NCTA and has experience in large, small, and mixed animal practices throughout Nebraska and Wyoming.
Amber is brave, determined, attentive, dedicated, wholesome, and incredibly strong. She brings compassion, confidence, and a genuine love for animals to everything she does.
Outside of the clinic, Amber enjoys life with her husband, Alan, and their son, Creedon. Together, they are sharing their love of agriculture with Creedon through their show cattle. Her show steers, barn cats, horses, and dog are all a reflection of the animals and lifestyle she loves so much.
Amber, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your strength, and your heart. We are incredibly grateful for all you have given to MVAH since day one and are proud to call you part of our family.

Today, Mitchell Valley Animal Hospital celebrates an incredible veterinarian, leader, wife, mother, and community member.
A 2008 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine and proud Sidney, Nebraska native, Dr. Pieper founded Mitchell Valley Animal Hospital in 2014. From growing up helping her family with wheat harvest to building a practice of her own, she has carried the values of hard work, honesty, and dedication throughout her career.
She leads with fairness, kindness, humility, and compassion, always supporting her team and caring deeply for her patients, clients, and community.
We are incredibly grateful for everything she does and the example she sets every day.
