***Medicare patients***

Complete Wellness Clinic has partnered with Advanta Biometrics for chronic care management. Medicare patients with two or more conditions qualify for the program. These services are provided by a nurse over the phone, in collaboration with Dr. Timmer. Chronic care management has been shown to improve care and prevent ER visits and hospitalizations.

These treatments are not typically covered by insurance but are a great option if your current treatments have failed or you want to avoid surgery!

This week a patient in their 80s who had been receiving steroid injections in their knees, informed me that their pain improved by 85% after an injection. I have many patients with similar results.
