Joseph “Joe” Mangiameli brings more than 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership to his role as Chief Clinical Operations Officer. He began his career as a registered nurse in cardiac care, cardiovascular ICU, and emergency medicine, and has spent the past 20 years in leadership roles, including Director, Service Line Leader, Vice President of Operations, President, and CEO. Much of his work has focused on building strong physician networks within large health systems.
Joe is deeply committed to the patient experience and to supporting the caregivers who make that experience possible. He believes strong relationships are essential to successful healthcare.
Joe holds multiple degrees in nursing, business, healthcare administration, and human capital development. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and is the Deputy Commander of the 806th Medical Brigade/Hospital Center, with four combat tours.
Joe and his wife, Heidi, are excited to explore Moab and enjoy hiking with their family and two dogs. He is also a longtime Gonzaga basketball fan.
