I tend to be in constant motion (hello, vata imbalance anyone?😅) but the universe gave me the rare gift of a pretty open Saturday. Spent time with all 3 of my kids, cooked, rested, and took a playful & relaxed approach to my drills today.
Keep greasing the wheel…but give yourself the rest when you need it!
It makes a difference.✨

Woo, woo!
Getting closer…jazz handsss!

I’m not exactly sure when I turned this into a daily challenge for myself; somewhere around the end of June I took my occasional drills & turned them into my daily focus. I’m gonna keep going…it’s starting to feel like it’s possible! Thanks for following my journey. There are so many lessons in the struggle & they all carry over…be strong, stay flexible & have fun!🤸🏼‍♂️

Tonight I am kicking off a once-a-month series of pay-what-you-can Sunset Yoga Hiking experiences at Sunderbruch Park.✨

Meet me at the picnic table pavilion to the left of the trail entrance at 7:15p. Wear shoes you’re comfortable walking/hiking in, and bring your water and bug spray. Don’t bother w a mat…we will walk, then do some yoga postures, then we will walk some more, followed by more postures. We will alternate as we loop thru the park and back towards the entrance near sunset, where we will end w a silent meditation.
