💙 Today marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Bethany for Children & Families.

Our staff and Board of Directors came together for a special event to unveil Bethany's new Mission, Vision, and Values. Through engaging breakout sessions, meaningful conversations, and time spent connecting with one another, we explored what these changes mean for our organization and the families we serve. The event celebrated the official unveiling of our new Mission, Vision, and Values and an exciting new chapter for Bethany.

To celebrate, team members picked out brand-new “Be the Village" shirts, a reminder that creating brighter futures for children and families’ takes all of us working together.

A special thank you to Hope Church - Bettendorf for generously providing the space for us to gather, Hy-Vee for beautiful fruit trays, and Chick-fil-A Moline for helping keep our team energized with coffee throughout the morning!

This is only the beginning. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing more about our new Mission, Vision, and Values and what they mean for the future of Bethany.
