Friends are support, companionship, and health. We're grateful for all the friendships we've made, and the ones yet to come! ✨

Physical activity is the key to living a longer and healthier life. It helps improve sleep quality, mental health, and allows us to maintain strength and mobility. Yoga, stretching, walking, and water aerobics are all fantastic ways to get your blood pumping and body moving!

Today is Senior Health and Fitness Day! We're prioritizing both our physical and mental health by moving our bodies and getting outside. We'd love to hear about your favorite ways to move and how you prioritize well-being!

We were delighted to host our annual Cinco de Mayo celebration! Everyone enjoyed a festive atmosphere thanks to Mariachi Santa Cruz, drinks, and delicious food! It was a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together, and we can't wait for our next celebration! 🎉✨

Their primary goal is to provide accessible, free-of-charge symphonic music to everyone, including the underserved areas of Monterey County.
