Hands-on-Health, Now Hiring Office Manager for Christian Chiropractic Practice in Montesano
Position details:
This is a PT position, averaging 20-25 hours per week. Pay will depend on experience and trainability to range from $19-24/hour. This job will average four 5-hour, in-person shifts per week as well as approx. one hour of flexible work from home daily. Shift times will be set in advance to include one morning, one midday, two evenings.

The tasks:
The ideal candidate will prioritize patient experience while managing multiple other tasks simultaneously. Roles of this position will include: opening and closing of building, managing mail, answering calls, scheduling patients, keeping inventory, placing supply orders, collecting payments, managing chiropractic software, composing and sending professional emails, preparing and submitting referrals, managing a room rental schedule and collecting rent payments, updating social media posts, taking on various seasonal office projects, daily and weekly office cleaning duties, running occasional office errands, daily online work from home replying to messages and office texts, and assisting with weekly financial management tasks.
