See your Primary Care Physician or a Sleep Specialist. Either can refer you for sleep disorders diagnostic testing. Patients with a History of Cardiovascular Disease, Strok

e, Hypertension, or other Co-Morbid Conditions are high risk. Needed for testing: Physicians Referral, and a complete History and Physical including documentation of symptoms (at least two listed above).
