Allow me to introduce Rita. 😊 Rita was a resident of Monticello Healthcare for about 9 months, consistently pursuing her goal of returning home. 🏡 Upon admission, Rita experienced limited movement of her legs. Undeterred, she remained committed, with the unwavering support of her husband, Dan. 🤗 Despite facing various challenges during her time at Monticello Healthcare, Rita never lost sight of her goal to return home with her husband. 🥰 Through the skilled interventions of our Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy teams, they focused on adaptation, restoration and wellness promotion, Rita successfully achieved her long-term goal. 🥳 Rita exemplifies the power of perseverance, unwavering dedication, and the expertise of our committed therapy team. 💪
