PATIENT NO SHOW POLICY UPDATE

We understand that our patients may need to cancel an appointment occasionally. In such circumstances, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may do so by calling 405-759-0853.

If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will consider that a no-show.

As of June 5, 2026:
Two No-show appointments will result in removal as a patient. You may reapply after 12 months.

We know that unexpected situations sometimes arise. We have a patient waiting list and want to help as many of our neighbors as possible. Your No-show wastes the valuable time and resources of our volunteers and prevents us from helping another patient in need of medical care. Please consider others if you are unable to make your appointment.

Another amazing project happening in our community for students in crisis. Please help them if you can.

IT'S TIME!

In a little over a week, volunteers will begin setting up apartments for the first students at Bridges of Moore and we need your help now.

We are collecting apartment essentials and household items now so that everything is ready for our apartment setup day on June 13. Every donation helps transform an empty apartment into a safe, welcoming home for a student in crisis.

You can help by:

✅ Dropping off new items at the Bridges of Moore property

The clock is ticking, and we have 20 apartments to prepare before students begin moving in.

We are accepting new patients in our medical clinic by appointment only. It may take a few weeks to get you on our schedule but our 8 volunteer physicians want to help care for those without access to basic healthcare.

We are blessed to be able to begin accepting new patients again. If you don’t have medical insurance and don’t have access to primary care and essential life saving medications, give us a call at 405-759-0853. Leave your information and we will call and get you setup with an appointment to see one of our amazing physicians.
