Alright guys. We do have this need. However unfortunately the cost is now $200. But ANYTHING will help us get closer to helping momma achieve her goal!! This mother is fresh in recovery. Recently got her kiddos back and it’s a looming situation. She’s working but times are tough. She’s giving it her all and we want to back her as much as possible so she doesn’t feel alone. If you can help, Even $1 gets us a little closer. If you cannot, Please share. Someone might be able too 🤍

Hey guys!!!

We have a couple children whom would like to volunteer their time to give back and help those in active addiction and/or recovery as they have parents suffering and they want to be involved.

With this being said, We are fancying the idea of Lemonade and Narcan.

The kids would make lemonade and sit at an informative table set out to to hand out cold cups or lemonade and Narcan as well as give out information and probably obtain same from all of you as well!

Would anyone be interested in coming by their little table?

She’s a momma of three. It’s to hot for these babies to be without electric.

🚨Rowan county overdose awareness formed officially in 2020🚨

Please take the time to read & share. We are running on empty and we need our community’s support!!

It’s been 6 years 🤍

We have strived every year since then to bring harm reduction to Rowan County as well as breaking the stigma tied to addiction.

Did you know?
Drug addiction is a chronic disease characterized by drug seeking and use that is compulsive, or difficult to control, despite harmful consequences. Brain changes that occur over time with drug use challenge an addicted person's self-control and interfere with their ability to resist intense urges to take drugs.

In the past 6 years we have helped multiple families and individuals build back up from scratch after losing everything to addiction.

We have assisted people in paying bills.

We have fed the hungry. Housed the homeless.

We have given out multiple boxes of Narcan, & other harm reduction supplies.

We have attended multiple classes to better our education on Casey law, & certify in various areas of harm reduction such as cpr Narcan & first aid.

We host annual events for Black Balloon Day & Overdose Awareness day that are FREE to the community. We also do one fun event, typically a recovery rally or a prom/dance of some sort.

We are a non profit group that runs solely on donations and YOUR DONATIONS MATTER!!

All donations are used for..

-Making “Better Baggies” which are for the houseless neighbors. These include shelf life snacks, water, Towel & washcloth, body wash and shampoo, pad & tampon, lotion, tooth brush & toothpaste, & a slip with our info so they can contact for clothing.

-To purchase clothing for our free drives

-To purchase household supplies for our free drives

-To host free community events that always include fun for the kids & free food for the community!!
