As we are entering the new season, we are so excited for Andrea Pace to bring back her special offering 💜

This Candlelight restorative yoga class will give you the opportunity to reground yourself and face the season ahead.

Class will include deep, slow, prop assisted stretching, focus on breath, and time to learn relaxation methods you can use for the rest of the week. This class is open to all levels including those who have never tried yoga and those currently in a rigorous practice. We will follow this class with a beautiful Yoga Nidra to restore your nervous system even deeper and strengthen your mind body connection.

The secret's out. ✨

Camp Firefly. October 23 to 25 at Wildcatter Ranch in Graham, Texas.

Everything you loved about summer camp, except the food is incredible, the beds are real, and there is a spa.

Scavenger hunt. Campfire and s'mores every single evening. Longhorns who are genuinely friendly. 600 acres to wander, or a pool chair and a good book. Both completely valid.

No rigid schedule. Nobody trying to fix you. Absolutely no hot dogs on a stick.

You've been responsible long enough. 💜

Happy Sunday friends!! Just a heads up that this week you’ll see our shared parking lot getting repairs. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause for parking but they will be doing one side at a time to keep part of it open for us! A full day at the lake before you lose yourself to the season.

Yoga, no experience needed. Real food. Lakeside quiet. Breakout sessions with Shannon and Kelly, and a boundaries workshop for the season that's coming.

Saturday, September 19, 9am to 5pm. A private lake house on Lake Belton, fifteen minutes from home and a world away.
