We love sharing opportunities that encourage young women to learn about and appreciate the incredible design of their bodies.

This special class, hosted by the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, introduces young women to fertility awareness while fostering a sense of wonder, confidence, and understanding about their health and identity.

Postpartum recovery isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about healing, adjusting, and giving yourself grace.

Here are a few gentle tips for new moms:
🌿 Rest whenever you can (even short naps count)
🌿 Accept help — meals, laundry, baby holding… say yes
🌿 Stay hydrated and keep snacks nearby
🌿 Take care of your body slowly — no rush to “get back”
🌿 Watch your emotions closely and speak up if something feels off
🌿 Connect with someone you trust so you don’t feel alone
