Mary Magdalene has been coming up alot in my reality. So it was no coincidence to me when a friend of mine, Gina Romano announced this devotional ceremony for her. Thank you, Gina, for holding such a beautiful container.

Upon gathering and honoring Mary, Morgan talked about how She was the first death doula. It became clear why she was making herself known to me. Last night felt like the surrender to explore her and the work we’re meant to do together.

Grateful for safe spaces, community and hearts that are open to expand♥️🌹📿✨

My sweet Pisces man. Bringing the flow wherever he goes. Reminding me to move more graciously, intentionally and to be less structured. The reason I am able to have such flexibility within my business. The one holding it down on the days I’m training or dancing, working or just being Alyssa. The one who provides for us. Not just financially. But who provides freedom, peace and presence. Above all, presence. That is truly a blessing.

Tuning into the silence. Decompressing and eliminating distractions as much as possible to ease the nervous system. For some of us, overexposure to numbing, distractions and dissociation may have been prominent last week. This week is about taking it easy and slow, reminding us of the blessings we are surrounded by everyday. Anchoring us back to the present, expanding our hearts to this now moment.
