This was my only photo taken from last night‘s Harvest: a yoga and sound experience; which was a free community offering in collaboration with the lovely Jenn Duckworth. I love this photo for the way that it represents a community coming together to explore, connect and receive. 💗💗💗

Melody Eckroth (my sweet mom) will be at the Moscow Farmers Market honey booth Woodland Apiaries both this Saturday and the next one with her handmade coats! Each coat is lovely sewn on a treadle sewing machine and then hand embroidered. This video is from last year, so Melody will have a new selection of coats for sale. Bring cash or a check to pay her.

Free, yup you got that right! Jenn Duckworth and I wanted to offer you the gift of pausing, celebrating and receiving. Our focus of the evening is to celebrate you and the work that you have put into your accomplishments both big and small. Similar to the harvest time, you are reviewing with gratitude all that you have cultivated this past year +. This is an opportunity to feel more self love for your hard work, your courage and strength.

There will be an introduction to the evening, followed by a nurturing yoga flow (all levels welcome) and then a gentle sound bath. Please bring your own water bottle, yoga mat, comfy floor pad, pillow and blanket. The first ~10 people to arrive are welcome to use the studios comfy floor pads. On hand are extra bolsters, pillows and blankets. Doors open at 6:15 pm. Must register through my website (link in bio) by 9/28. Space is limited. ✨
