Surry Community Health Center is located in the foothills of the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. Mount Airy, NC – known to locals as “Mayberry” – is home to Northern Regional Hospital, which is located less than 3 miles from our facility. We are also in an ideal location to accept referrals from Atrium and Novant hospital systems. Surry is perfect for all residents’ need

Honoring Our Veterans 🇺🇸

A heartfelt thank you to Mountain Valley Hospice for hosting a special lunch honoring our Veterans! 💙

We were proud to celebrate Resident Johnny, a dedicated Army Veteran, and show our appreciation for his service and sacrifice. Johnny enjoyed spending time with fellow Veterans, sharing stories, and enjoying a delicious meal with friends.

Thank you to Mountain Valley Hospice, our Activity Department, Rebecca Manganaan and Denise Slate, along with Transportation Coordinator Tosha Johnson, for helping make this celebration so meaningful.

What’s Cooking at Harborview🍴

Surry Community Health Center by Harborview had a delicious day of fun at our Food Truck Festival! 🌭🍋🌮

A huge thank you to Activity Director Rebecca Manganaan for creating another memorable experience for our residents, staff, and guests. From lemonade and mini pancakes to hotdogs and brisket tacos, there was something for everyone to enjoy!
