EFT Intensives for Couples – Get Unstuck and Strengthen Your Bond 💖
Sometimes, even couples who love each other deeply can find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns that feel impossible to break. That’s where an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Intensive for Couples can help.
At our intensives, we work in a focused, accelerated format designed to help you address the core patterns that keep your relationship stuck. However, not every relationship benefits from an intensive. In some cases, ongoing weekly couples therapy or discernment counseling may be recommended. You might benefit from an EFT Intensive if:
👉 You feel a strong bond with your partner, but often find yourselves repeating the same arguments.
👉 One partner tends to withdraw to avoid conflict, while the other pushes for resolution, leaving you stuck in the same cycle.
👉 There was infidelity or another past emotional wound, and even though it’s no longer happening, one partner keeps bringing it up while the other feels unable to “unring the bell.”

I offer intensives for couples both in Mt Dora office (851 N Donnelly Street); or online (for couples who are physically located in Florida only, due to our licensure regulations);
