KidStrong Mount Laurel provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids.

KidStrong Mount Laurel is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Mount Laurel Township.

When you think you’ve got the spotlight… and then your little brother rolls in like he owns the place. 😎💥

At KidStrong, it’s never just about one kid, it’s about the whole crew. Stronger together, cheering each other on…because greatness runs in the family. 💪

Leveling up isn’t just for the kids. 💪

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
