A huge thank you to the Henry County Health Center Foundation for their generous donation of a new transport van for our residents!

This van will do so much more than provide transportation—it will help our residents get to important medical appointments, community events, and fun outings that keep them connected and engaged. The opportunities and independence this gift provides will make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
