•And the answer is "Nope!!"🤗
•Cash based simply means that we do not take or bill any insurance. We simply charge our cash prices for our services🤷‍♀️
•We do, however, accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, FSA & HSA cards for payments😊

We are placing our FIRST bulk shirt order & we want to give our patients the option to make a pre-order!! We are working with a lovely small business located in Kenosha who is going to help bring our vision to life!!🤩

•Orders need to be in by next week Wednesday, July 15th!
•Nothing will be owed upfront, just message us, text us, tell us in person... which design you would like & in what size!
•Shirts are all Gildan brand, unisex 100% ring spun cotton
•sizes S-XL will be $25
sizes 1X & up will be $28

⭐️Design 1 & Design 2 will be available for purchase in the clinic if you do not pre-order, however, sizes will be limited!
⭐️Design 3 is PRE-ORDER ONLY, these will not be kept in the clinic! (So if you aren't sick of hearing Dr Alex say "It's all connected" then maybe get it on a shirt too😅😉)
